Gorjuss gift for a friend !

I have made very many friends on the web , and i feel very lucky indeed to have ones that are so lovely. Yesterday i recieved a parcel crammed full of ribbons , nestibilities , blooms and a basic grey pad too ! i recieved this from my friend Steph - she doesnt have a blog unfortunatly... Steph often does this , she sends me a little parcel every now and then . Well yesterday i also recieved the wonderful Gorjuss stamps from sugar nellie and i decided it was about time my friend got a thank you for all the wonderful things she does, not just for me but for others too...

I had a little mdf box sitting on the side , looking very plain unaltered ....
I couldnt resist !

I used some of the wonderful stash in her parcel ..



The little fairy was made from fimo and i made it to match the Gorjuss stamp.
Her wings are blooms !



The turqoise stripy ribbon was the inspiration for the gorjuss girls tights - i love that ribbon !
Before i covered the mdf box , i primed the sides with white acylic and then used light green on the sides . I measured the sides and decreased it by a 1/2 cm for the paper panels.

cupcake bathbomb treats and DT card !

I appoligise for the lack of blogging - ive had bedroom furniture taking up my craft room while we decorate my daughters room ..
I have been meaning to make these icicle hangers for months and months ! I bought these little bath bomb cupcakes and balls in Otley ages ago! They are a little treat for my boyfriends girls , they love little things like this and alway adore soaking in a luxury !

I used bo bunny papers - they are soooooo yummy !








I have to say these smell absolutely yummy !

Gift card !

I thought this card would be fab for a teenager , i love making gift cards! The image is the new Holly and Madison download by Lou , available at charmed cards here .

I will have to put it in a bigger envelope mind and maybe hand deliver it or prehaps send it in a card box ... i think i might do a few of these for my daughters friends birthday and attach some lipgloss to it instead ! a small sticky fixer at the back and it stays on until the recipient takes it off !

I doubt it Calvin mouse - shes one of lou's downloads - abit of a high maintance girl i think..
I mean , those look like expensive ugg boots shes wearing and im sure i saw a Ted Baker label on her bag as i was colouring it ... i ve heard too that downloads dont go out with mice calvin ....sorry ..

New Copics Challenge Card !

woooooo hooooo theres a brand new challenge blog for all you copic fans ! The Copic Colour Challenge Blog !
and im lucky enough to now be one of the new Dt members !
Its the first week and the challenge is to use one or all the colours , if you dont have the colours you can use your closest match! You will have to keep an eye out on the blog for the colours you can use ( my lips are sealed !) but they will be posted very very soon !!!!!


I used just one of the colours and i used that also to add more colour to the 3d flowers i had cut out from pattern paper, i also used my b23 blue to colour the ribbon and the prima . I didnt have the blue that was listed .

I love this Sarah Kay image its so cutesy !

Two can play at that game !

I'm getting quite into sketches ! heres my entry for the Friday stetchers.
I used my new Sarah Kay Stamps from the craft Den - I had alittle shopping spree !

I used copics to colour and chalk and inked the edges .
This card i made for a friend of mine who is doing me a big favour right at this moment !


Now its been abit quiet around Calvin the mouse's house - wonder if he is having a lie in after all the excitment of his photo shoot and blinkies ( thanks everyone who took one x) Lets go have a peekie and see what he's up too !

he looks a busy bee in there , singing to himself ... i might just have to investigate !
