This little sugar nellie stamp is such a pretty little thing , i believe she is called "windswept". The papers on this topper ive had for ages , and it was by accident that i put them together , i was rummaging through some papers taking out the ones that called to me lol ... and these two fell ontop of each other and i thought - ohhhhh thats nice ! 

I had treated myself to some gorgeous prima flowers from charmed cards , the red bloom is the prima .

I had a fabulous secret santa parcel that had been organised in charmed forum and in it was a fabulous thank you stamp , which i love and have used on this topper and some flower soft which ive used on her basket ( thank you secret santa !)

I got this cute hanglar stamp from ebay - she is adorable to colour ! ... Love the grey/blue paper , unfortunatly it was a scrap peice and i have no idea what its called .  The lace is from charmed cards.

Lilac , greens and blue pretty little sugar nellie !

I've had a lovely lovely christmas , spending most of my time with my girls . I hope all you bloggers have had a fab christmas too. We have still just alittle snow left on the ground now , its practically all melted away thank goodness !

Heres  a topper ive made , i dont usually do lilacs - and i have to say i did struggle finding the right paper.. in the end i settled for basic grey - cappella .

I have'nt used this little sugar nellie image for ages and ages , id forgotten i even had it .. i really 

need to get some me thinks ! I can't remember what this little cutie is called - im not sure

they even sell her still.

I've used lots of blooms, lace and prima butterfly and a metal photo corner clip - i think thats what 

they are called..lol

Now usually on a tuesday its the papertake weekly challenge - but the Dt are having

My Friend flowery Tilda !

Are we all getting ready for the chill again ? im not !  i don't want it to come !!-  i've too much to do before Christmas ! I spent last night nursing a flu-ey daughter .... i got a phone call at 10.pm " Mummmmmmy , im poorly can i come home , ive got flu, the one you had and was really poorly with  " was the desparate plea last night .... my answer ????????/

" You must be joking George , your not comming here sharing my bed and passing it  onto me again !"

I am not as mean as you think ... i did go down to her flat  at 11 , having been to the shop armed with food , tons of medicine , bottled water , and chocolate !  Propped her up with pillows , made her a drink , listen to her moan lol and took the dog out for a piddle and poo rofl , i then left there about 12.30 am went to the other daughters , sorted her out and her tree , stayed for super noodles and stayed with her a while - i got home at around 2.am .... which isnt unusal for me .

Why is it that they can't wait to leave home and then beg to come back ? lol

Any hows , lol, heres a topper that i've made .. 

I don't know the papers , but the little flowers on them are really pretty - i think the main one is one of minds eye .( it was a scrap piece)

Theres luxury german glass glitter on the bloom and the little diamonte ribbon slider i got 

from orchid crafts. Lace and brad is from charmed cards - love this lace , you can colour it 

with copics to match any colour.

The flourish is a Tim Holtz die.

Sneaky Tilda and some Charmed News !

Turquoise and Red is a great combo , loved using these colours for my topper ,

Here is sneaky Tilda -!

The paper is prima watercolour and a scrap piece,  the brad on the sentiment is a basic grey one .

I coloured the lace with copics to match and the flourish is a Tim Holtz die. 

Edges have been stickle glittered and i've added some velvet red ribbon.

 Well all the snow has now gone......... and revealed , one orrible looking garden and streets that are covered in litter and muddy slush ....... almost wish it was back at least everything looked pretty !

Heres a topper i was making last night .. inbetween corrie and eastenders ! 

Im not a corrie fan but ive managed to get hooked on the  disaster ...

one thing has come of it - im never going on a tram ! heheee !

The  the flourishes is a sizzix die and i've used chipboard for them , and also the heart too..

I also tim holtz crackle painted them too.

Edges have been sewn and ive also adorned the topper with a beaded hat pin and 

a pretty gemed charm.

Little Post Box sugar nellie ... and a question too !

Well the snow seems to be melting here , although i believe theres more comming next week - yikes !

I do hope we dont have it for christmas - its been awful trying to get around in it ..

The good thing is that it makes you stay inside - which means more crafting heheeeee !

Heres a cutie topper ive made..

Its been a long time since this stamp has been inked and i believe they are no longer available

at sugar nellie..you might find the odd one on ebay mind..

I forgot how sweet this stamp was , and good really for any occasion too.

 

The papers are from the Tilda range , but there is a scrap piece ( the pink tiny flowered one) 

I've used a sizzix die for underneth one of the blooms and also a flower punch. Some of the blooms have 

twinklets on and the heart is distressed crackle painted.

Summery Tilda and some more Blog Candy !

There are some Tildas that are really addictive colour and i think  this Tilda with Peony is one of them ! - im sorry i know i did one a few days ago, but i could'nt resist her !

I got the most gorgeous prima flowers from charmed cards , karen has some yummy ones in and im tempted with all of them !

Heres a topper ive made...

I love photographing in the sun , it really shows up the little details ..

I've been a real sucker for prima butterflies lately ,  !

I've once again sprinkled twinkets on them .

The paper is one from my scrap drawer..and ive had the ribbon for ages and never been able to match it 

with any papers until now .. 

I've used tiny spacers in the centre of the blooms that i got from ebay .

And the charm underneth the ribbon is also from ebay - its a toggle clasp for bracelets 

,but i thought it would be pretty to use as a charm .

A Happy Birthday Tilda !

Well since the snow is on the ground it shows up the footprints that are appearing in my garden .... and i think i have a visiting fox ! Theres dog like prints leading from my back wall to my back door then to the shed ! I know they are classed as vermin - but the thought of it not finding food in snow got to me - so i left out some dog food and water .. i wont do it unless its thick snow - just couldnt sleep thinking its going hungry . They are beautiful animals and if we didnt have them - we would miss them. Theres something magical watching a fox

Well theres nothing to do apart from craft and catch up . So id like to share this topper ive made..

 

A Tilda Happy Birthday topper , ive use prima paper and one other - but it was in my scraps so i dont know which one it is ..

The hearts and tab are a sizzix die and ive adorned one of the hearts with the gorgeous German glass glitter , I gathered some lace on the hat pin .

 

I've used bobble trim at the top and found some old pearl brads that were just waiting to be used - i forgot how pretty they can be.

I've matted the  sentiment on a nestie and cut off the top and bottom ( it was round) works pretty well  i think.

Tilda is coloured with copics .

Winter Hanglar Girl !

 

 Well the snow is still here , and its still as thick , im freezzzzzing ! I am sat here with the central heating on,

the fire on , a thick jumper and long jons and jogging bottoms on and believe me if i had thermal knickers i'd be wearing them too ! 

Heres a topper id like to share - 

Its a hanglar stanglar girl topper and  this would be perfect for a winter birthday !

Shes all wrapped up warm !

I had a little craft spend at dies to die for and came out with some papers on sale !

I die cut two stars and painted them with crackle paint  and i glued and dipped the hat pin into some matching glitter ( ive had a stack of different ones for years and never used them !)

The slider clip is basic grey that i got from charmed cards along with paint and hat pin.

What Weather we are having in leeds  , i've just been to the post office and its calf deep !

I've used some gorgeous papers called Prima watercolour , from charmed cards and the butterflies i got from ebay , this one ive coloured with copics and then stickled glittered it and sprinkled twinkets on .

 

The flourish is a tim holtz die and the heart is a sizzix .I've painted them with tattered rose distress paint and then stickle glittered them, it looks really lovely in real .

The lace i got from Charmed cards and i threaded some string pearls through it
