Gosh i think all that wind we have had over the last few days has blown all the nasty weather away ! Bright bright sunshine here now !
Well its Tuesday and that means its Papertake weekly challenge sponsored this week by whiff of joy ..
The challenge is have a heart - easy one and for me too - i do love my hearts !
I so enjoyed making this topper - its Verity from sugar nellie .( i used the stamp version of her ( theres a digi too ).. and it has so many little details on it that you dont spot at first ..I have painted the heart in tim holtz crackle distress paint ...and the pretty butterflies i made using a butterfly embossing folder ..and i just cut round them...
I prettied the butterflie up with silver and white alcohol inks and utee.
.. it looks really gorgeous in real .. tucked up at the side is some light pink diamonte sprays ...
Verity has been coloured with copics and her hair ribbon has a light dusting of glitter.
I was so tempted to keep this topper as it would'nt just make a card but i thought it would make such a pretty and delicate looking album front too ..
Id like to enter this into these challenges ..

Hi Maddy, his has to be one of my fave makes you've done lately, i totaly love the colours, or the lack of it if that makes sense (in a nice way). It reminds me of the freshness that comes with a lot of the norweigan styles.
