I have'nt used this stamp for ages - id coloured her a while ago and forgot about the poor little mite !

 

I used a mixture of scrap paper for this topper , so im afraid i cant tell you the names of them .

I did use a stampin up sentiment .. and a prima butterfly that i glittered .

This Melinda guardian angel has a light dusting of glitter on her wings !

Papertake Weekly Dt Topper ..and something different with hatpins !

With valentines day fast approaching i thought i would make a Valentine / love topper , ive made this for my DT make for Papertake weekly challenge - which is a fabby sketch , i think the sketch is underneth there somewhere lol - i do get abit carried away !

Theres lots of details on the topper - you have to look carefull - 

pretty delicate details just right for a love or valentines topper !

I thought i would do something different with the hatpins - twas abit fiddly but i managed it .

Theres some really pretty diamonte stems that i bought a few months ago. 

Two pretty embossed and Uttee hearts with beaded and chained hatpins,

In total there are 9 sparkly diamontes adorning amongst blooms ,

the papers are from the Tilda range and the image is the beautiful

This little cutie was an absolute dream to colour ! I thoughly enjoyed myself making this topper !

 

Lime greens and cherry pinks - a real pretty combo !

She is ofcourse coloured with copics and ive used glossy accents on the two side balloons.

The smallest heart is distressed crackle painted with glossy accents.

In the Pink !

I don't know about you but we are having some real change in weather here in Yorkshire - one minute its frosty , next its sunny , and now its dull and looks like rain ....all in the space of two days ... 

Today id like to share a topper ive made with my new Tilda stamp from the So Special Collection - If your after these gorgeous stamps - karen at charmed has them in . Karen also stocks the netting / mesh that i use on my toppers - i use the gold one as underneth its cream too - best of both colours !

The papers are from "hot of the press" i got them a while ago , but ive only just broken into the pad !

The flourish is a tim holtz die and the cream lace is from charmed also.

The sentiment is a whimsy stampand ive used dry UTEE for some frosting - quite effective i thought .. Its amazing what stash you have that with abit of imagination can be used for 

different effects . I love experimenting with stuff like that !

Tilda is coloured with copics.

A New 2011 Tilda ! and blog candy winner !

Well i got a fabulous bundle of magnolias the other day from charmed cards and just could not resist inking them straight away !

Im afraid i have to appoligise for the pictures - they are not as good as i hoped-

  i took them on the window sill and the light kept going !

the topper is really delicate and pretty in real.

The challenge on Just magnolia is favourite things - and this topper has nearly all my favs on..

The tilda and window is from the new collection- You are so special 2011.

I tripple embossed a die cut heart and sprinkle and melted some silver embossing powder on it

made some fimo roses ( they have to be quite chunky - i dont want them breaking !)

and i used a sizzix die for the tabs - which i then crackle painted and inked.

Easter magnolia topper !

Im well chuffed today - talk about service - i ordered some new "you are so special " 2011 magnolia collection from Charmed Cards and ive recieved the email today to say they have been shipped - how fast is that ! i bet they were still warm from Karens shipment !

im so giddy !

 This topper however , i have used some old magnolias !

I've trippled embossed the heart with Ultra thick powder and inbetween the layers is white and moonglow 

powder ( you cant see the moon glow in pic mind)

I had some faux snow from a model shop calvin bought me , i thought it was perfect for the little sheep !

Basic grey Tilda Topper

.I hope you all had a fabby New Year bloggers ! Its that time of year that we make resolutions and within the week we have broken them ! ... well ive decided just to try harder and lose abit of weight ! Im thinking of joining my local gym - and since my mum and daughter have just already joined , it will be a great way to catch up with both of them ...... and we will proberly stay for lunch and a coffee ..... which means il have just eaten what ive just been panting and sweating off  !! heheeeeeee ..... i can see this not really working out cant you ? lol

Today id like to share a topper i made ..

I have'nt used this little tilda in ages ... and thought it time to ink her up.. Ive been like everyone else waiting for the new magnolia collection to come out ..and im so sick that i didnt order the winter club kit ! 

I was too late and Calvin has ordered the spring one for me as a treat ( by the way he has actually blogged !)

So if anyone has a spare winter club kit for sale please email me - id be interested !

anyway , back to the topper , as you can see ive used flower soft and inked and distressed the paper edges. The sentiment is metal.

Ive also added some flower soft to the bloom - i thought it made it look quite pretty .

I've bowed some wired ribbon and used a tim holtz flourish underneth it .The papers are 

basic grey cappella. The button is a mother of pearl effect shell.
